• This letter serves as your travel document. A government issued photo ID, such as a driver's license, is required of each passenger. Without a photo ID, you will be denied boarding
• Please have the luggage tags securely attached to each piece of luggage you will be checking in. Please place all valuables such as car keys, medication, credit cards, jewelry, cameras, etc. in your carry-on luggage.
• At this time, you will receive your pre-assigned seat assignments and your luggage will be checked through to Gulfport/Biloxi, MS. The ticket counter will close 45 minutes prior to departure. Face masks are optional at the airport and onboard flights.

• Passengers will forfeit their non-refundable $60 Reservation Fee if they cancel their reservation at any time.
• An additional fee of $200 per passenger applies if the flight booking is changed or cancelled within 14 days of arrival or the passenger is a no-show.
• Changes made within 14 days of flight date will result in a total fee of $250 per person. If your credit card does not have sufficient funds, your Express Comps will be charged the fee.

• Upon arrival into Gulfport/Biloxi, you will be directed to the buses for your transportation to Beau Rivage.
• Upon arrival at the hotel you will be met by a representative of Beau Rivage who will assist with check-in procedures.
• Beau Rivage Casino & Resort requires a credit card at check-in.
• After check-in you may proceed to your room, grab a meal, or begin gambling and let the fun begin! Your luggage will be delivered within two hours after you arrive. You do not need to be in your room for the delivery.

• Please bring your current player card with you.
• Replacement cards can always be obtained at a kiosk in the casino or at the M-Life Players Club desk.
• It is strongly suggested that, while on property, you proceed to the M-Life Players Club to get your accounts linked if they are not already linked. If you are not sure if your cards are linked, it is best to double check with them.

• Express Comp is the new comping system at all MGM Resorts, International casino properties and is currently the only way to receive casino comps during your stay at the Beau Rivage Resort & Casino.
• Express Comp allows all MGM properties to be tied together and your balance will be available to use at any MGM Resort.
• Express Comps available to a guest may be viewed by the guest at a Beau Rivage kiosk, on the slot machine being played or at www.mlife.com.
• Express Comps are earned based on the amount of play activity provided by each guest while on the casino floor.
• Once earned, these comps are available for each guest to use towards their food and beverage expenses.
• As long as there is a balance available, Express Comps may be used at any venue that accepts Express Comp or at the front desk for qualified charges that may have been posted to a guest’s hotel room.
• Express Comps do not expire as long as the guest shows casino activity on their player’s club card inside a twelve-month period but will expire if the guest shows no activity on their player’s club card for a twelve-month period or longer for Pearl, Gold, Platinum, and Noir. Sapphire members will now maintain their points and express comps if they have activity with in the prior six (6) months.
• Express Comps will carry over from trip to trip but are designed to be used for your food and beverage expenses during each trip made.

• Please leave your luggage inside your room next to the door for pickup at by the bell staff. The bell staff will keep your luggage until departure time when it will be transported to the airport for you.
• Upon arrival at the airport you will retrieve your luggage and proceed to the ticket counter to check in. Your luggage will be checked through to Clearwater, FL. Seat assignments for your return flight are the same as the departure flight.
